Awful product and awful customer service
Product does not work. When you try to contact their customer support they don’t reply. I had 3 different people try to fax some urgent documents to me and nothing ever came through. In the end I had resort to couriering the documents. The 30 day free trial is a con as the disable the cancellation option on their account page and direct you to their chat bot, which in turn directs you to the same link you start at, so that you end in a perpetual loop. Eventually after 10 days of trying and having to resort to speaking with my credit card company, they finally contacted me to and advised that I had to call a US number to discuss cancellation. This is an international call for me, so yet more expense.
