I am glad I took the chance to experience Effect Fitness. I love the atmosphere. I can see the changes in my body. Whether it’s in person or virtual the love and dedication is there for our health and fitness. 10/10 would recommend.

I love my effect fitness family. Love the ability to do the workouts virtually at home whenever I feel like it. Dooley and the Team always changing up the Bootcamp classes so we never know what to expect. It’s so much Fun and you will burn a lot of Calories. The Kettlebell classes are my 2nd favorite thing to do. I love the variety of workouts and programs that they have to offer on Demand.

The best app and HIIT cardio I’ve ever done class Is always lit.

Found effect fitness on instagram early 2023 and made a trip to ATL to try the class. Fell in love with it so much that I decided to joint their online classes! Join it! Definitely worth it!
