Δυο φορές εχουμε γραψει στα σχόλιο για το φαγητό μας και το σχόλιο δεν παει στο μαγαζι. Τελος δεν λαμβάνουν ευθύνη για την αναμενόμενη ωρα άφιξης του ντελίβερι. Επισης δεν δίνουν ποτε κουπόνι αμα έχουν κανει λαθος
Ordered food and did not get what I asked for, very disappointing
I build a food order but then the app doesnt allow me to pay. Very frustrating!
This place is amazing!!!! The best ever I just placed a second order 10min later because it was that good so make sure you order double right away :) 10/10
I live in Canada and EFOOD gives me the opportunity to send my loved ones anything I desire. It’s a wonderful app and I strongly suggest more people to use it.
Im living in Greece for a month and have been using it regularly to order food. Overall it’s great and works as you need it. I just wish their tracking and notifications on deliveries was more accurate. I often find my self guessing when the order will arrive or being surprised. They also don’t have an easy way to communicate with the driver like Uber eats does. It makes it hard when trying to help the delivery person find your place
App preview and description is in English but when downloaded it’s all in Greek. App support tab leads to 404 error. Trying to order food while in Greece, guess you’re not getting my business then.
To place an order, you have to provide a cell number to get a SMS verification code. If you’re trying to order using wifi only, not gonna work. I even turned on my cell service, but it wouldn’t send to my Canadian number, so you have to have a Greek SIM card. I tried using chat for help, but they said they would have to call me to assist. I was trying to avoid buying a SIM and paying ridiculous costs for roaming, so this app didn’t help at all. They made it difficult, when they could’ve easily given the option to send the verification code via email. We used Wolt instead. Works awesome.
Ειλικρινά λυπάμαι που μια εταιρία κολοσσός συμπεριφέρεται στους εργαζόμενους οι οποίοι ουσιαστικά την αποτελούν απάνθρωπα και παρόλα αυτά έχει την απαίτηση να την σεβόμαστε και να την υποστηρίζουμε.
Poor service. I did order my food and payment didn’t acceptable from MasterCard, visa, Amex and debit. Finally I found option to pay with PayPal. I put my PayPal info and it’s was accepted. When food was delivered the guy said I had to pay with cash. I didn’t have it and I cannot walk because it was after 22:00. EFOOD called me and said I did place my order with cash. No way to pay. I remained hungry with no food. POOOOR. Not recommended to use EFOOD ever! Use some other apps
