We started using this place as it was convenient to the vets we started using Vetolology and our appointments were to late to cook. We then downloaded efood and found the pizza place online so it was a great bet to just keep ordering from them. The pizza is always fresh and the chips and salad is always really really nice.
Good app with high quality and mostly intuitive UI. However the added costs by restaurants for delivery vs the costs not being there if you just order by calling them, are too much, at €3-4 extra for about 70-80% of restaurants. I understand efood needs to make a profit but there should be an other way… don’t price out your users - maybe and ad supported tier and premium add and fee-free tier? Sponsored restaurants and sponsored restaurant posts? Give me a call and let’s chat efood! I’ve worked with Deliveroo, Uber Eats, Just Eat, Pizza Hut, Burger King and more 😉
Half of my orders so far have been cancelled from shops and product availability is limited in many of the stores. Efood is a great platform, but better quality checks are required for the businesses selling within.
Got a fixed delivery eta, no delivery map or live eta, my food never came and I can’t get a refund because when you call them up they just loop music indefinitely. Scammers.
No customer service, restaurants shown open when they are closed but perfectly happy to take your money.
From the order to the delivery and the portion, I was impressed. The restaurant called to ensure I had my order in time. The food was well packaged and hot.
I was so happy I didn’t have to go out, and the food was lovely.
Πρίν παραγγείλω έλεγε στην εφαρμογή 41’. Μόλις παρήγγειλα ο χρόνος έγινε 50’. Μετά από ~50’ η παραγγελία έγραφε πως παραδόθηκε, ενώ δεν έλαβα φαγητό. Επειδή έπρεπε να φύγω, έστειλα για επιστροφή χρημάτων και περίμενα απάντηση. Λίγο πριν φύγω, έρχεται ο διανομέας, αφήνει την παραγγελία, και μετά από λίγο φεύγω από το σπίτι. Μου είπαν από την εξυπηρέτηση πως μόνο εάν έρθει ο διανομέας και πάρει την παραγγελία θα γίνει επιστροφή χρημάτων (ενώ έχω φύγει, αφου έγραφε πως παραδόθηκε!). Τους λέω ας περάσει αύριο το πρωί και μου λένε πως δεν γίνεται, και να επικοινωνήσω και εγώ με το κατάστημα. Τους καλώ και μου λένε πως κανείς από το e-food δεν επικοινώνησε μαζί τους, και πως δεν έχουν πολιτική να ξαναέρθει ο διανομέας, και πως να πω εγώ στην εξυπηρέτηση του e-food να τους πάρουν τηλέφωνο! Τελικά μου έκλεισαν την συνομιλία από την εξυπηρέτηση και δεν έβγαλα άκρη. Απλώς ντροπή.
Changed language to English fine (whilst in Greece), food menu very easy etc. Ready to order, click confirm button & nothing happens. No idea if items have been ordered or not, no confirmation page or email through. Guessing it’s not working! Have now read reviews about poor treatment of staff so deleting this app.
