Not safe, and scam
The drivers are malicious and rude. They will keep asking a lot of things. And they will call you and ask for such unnecessary things. They even charge me from different place.
cancellation
most of the drivers are cancelling if they knew that the payment is online (apple pay) They prefer cash
Deodorant
Let your driver use deodorant. Today, i had a nice driver. I wanna tell him to use deodorant before going to work, but i don’t wanna be rude. Deodorant would be helpful. For us to feel better during a long trip. I had to open the window, cos the enclosed space is killing me due to the body odor he is emitting.
Plate number
Plate number of a car didn’t appear while waiting, it only appears once you hop in
Drivers are not professional
Driver refused the ride but charged me for it. Another driver made me wait for 20 mins then cancelled the ride. The worst experience with this kind of service in middle east.
