I’m from Taiwan, and the LTO came here to help us renew our licenses as part of a pilot program. I gathered all the required documents, completed the medical exam, and passed the test, but now the app isn’t working anymore. It’s been months, and my license is about to expire soon—this is incredibly disappointing. I hope they fixed this issue sooner
