For a better Philippines, we need to digitalize more. I am waiting for our Driving license and other Government IDs to be in this app.

My wife logs in with Touch ID but has forgotten her MPIN. What can she do?

This app is amazing.. all you need is under one app. Great 👍👍

Update: edited my review to consider other aspects of the app other than etravel. First, he app was slow to download and use on mobile data or the horribly unreliable but mostly none existent ‘free’ wifi at the airports. It also freezes when filling up the travel form. Yes, it does save a draft and you can tap ‘edit:continue’ but it resets all the fields so you have to retype everything. Basically, you start over. (I know that this should be in a bug report, not a review, but I wanted to give a heads up other users to be wary and be patient with the app.) There are so many things that are not important for etravel or ID/docs. Fine, this isn’t supposed to be just for travel but for ‘everything’. However, a lot of users would probably open (or was introduced to) the app because they need it for travel. There are too many distractions (e.g. Jobs? Shop & Eat in a gov’t app?!) and did not consider the slow internet or limited data connection. The eTravel was a shock to the system when rolled out with no fallback. Please ask the passengers and even airport staff of how big a problem requiring this app has caused because of improper rollout and lack of foresight/planning. I can see the huge benefit and convenience the app can bring but only if planned and executed properly. The digital IDs are quite convenient and scanning an ID is quick. The app, overall do look nice and slick, unlike some of the other official sites (bm-online. Wink wink). Just needs a little leaning down.

Although this app is good, I am unsure that this is very secure knowing that there are a lot of hackers around! All my details are saved in this app! Just saying… how secure is this! Also, this app hangs a lot. It takes a whole lot of my time just trying to get myself logged in & that is with using 5G.
