The security of your system and personal data is very important and eKeypad uses both visible and non-visible features to safeguard them. We do not make use of cloud servers and do not store your data outside your mobile device. All data is stored on the device encrypted and all network connections use encryption protocols where possible.

No Family Sharing for long time users
Can only family share the app if we purchased after June 2014? What's up with that? I spent $100 on this app and kind of ridiculous I'm being asked to spend it again to put it on my wife's phone.
Excellent apps
Exceptional support from Jayson. I had an issue with the failover(configuration problem) he got back to me the same day and the problem was resolved. I also had an issue with the last update and once again this was resolve very quickly with a new version. Thx Jayson good work.
Brilliant
Been using this app since a home automation install I did over six months ago. The system consisted of an Elk M1 Gold Security/Automation Panel and an ISY-994i Insteon programming front-end device. From the very beginning, eKeypad Pro shined with it's easy to use interface, and its layers of sophisticated configuration options. I was impressed at how quickly and effortlessly the app discovered all my Insteon lighting and receptacle modules. It was equally effortless for eKeyPad Pro to discover the Elk M1 Gold security zones and keypads. Within a very short order, I was able to control all Insteon modules and look at status for all zones in the security system, as well as being able to use eKeypad Pro as a security system keypad for arming and disarming the system. Because of this, I opted to use iPad Minis as the security keypads at both exits/entrances to the home, instead of having to buy single purpose keypads from Elk. I have now added a few Foscam POE cameras to the automation system, and am using eKeypad Pro's IP Camera Module for local and remote viewing of live camera video. Even here this program excels. Configuration was a breeze, and control of the cameras ability to pan was automatic. It works flawlessly. eKeypad Pro is an incredibly intelligent home automation front end app. From it's intuitive interface, to it clever amalgamation options, and it's ability to tie everything together. This app is suitable for both enthusiasts, and professional home automation installers alike. I've personally tried several other home automation apps, and was quickly discouraged by the operation of, or lack of options available in those other offerings. If you're a person who likes everything working tightly together in one app, then eKeypad is your best choice here. eKeypad is simply the best home automation offering on the App Store.
This App Is Total Quality!
Firstly, thank you to the developer (Jayson Callaway) for making this App! This App has one bad review titled "Rip off poorly coded app" Please take the time to research both the developer and the product (eKeypad). Because you will quickly discover that both the developer and his products have a very strong reputation within the security & automation community that dates back years. I have traveled to some really rough parts of our world and through a simple wifi connection eKeypad Pro has never failed to securely connect me to my home. Both the support and development of App features continues to be excellent. I highly recommend this product!
Rip off poorly coded app
This app doesn't even support multitasking and restarts every time you open it. Enough said! No iPhone 5 support and the icons aren't even retina yet. App crashes regularly when browsing items.

Does everything you could ask it to. Can't think of anything that it doesn't do. Saved me from buying another few hundred dollar keypad for upstairs! I just use my iPhone or iPad, plus the big bonus is I can access my alarm AND isy-99 home automation remotely. Hoping to add a few cameras in the future. Be sure to follow the setup guide PDF if configuring an elk alarm system (On Jayson's website click on the app first, then top right corner under "Documentation"). Had a question for Jayson and he got back to my email within 30 minutes with the quick fix I needed! (I had to re-"Send to Control" the settings under Globals in ElkRP, my "Armed" and "Ready" status were not syncing properly, but this fixed it)
