Worst apps, not able to do email verification!

It’s good we can pay our fine in this apps, however I am unable to pay all 4 fines together, have to pay separately which is very time consuming. The screen to enter the car plate is also not sensitive. Takes a long time before I can type the car plate no.

I have added my favorite agency account into web portal but the mobile app itself doesn’t have this favorite record, even the amount itself are not the same, portal showing 259.80 before online charges, but mobile app itself showing 260.30 intermittently the keyboard doesn’t show up for me to enter details, even login page

can we favorite the cukai as favorites ? thank you
