Electrify America Reviews

Useless if you are Canadian

Quarky555 on

Canada

It only works if you have a us credit card with a us zip code.

Don't work

Can't add a Canadian credit card

Not for canadian users

Taz_karine on

Canada

Can’t enter my credit card cause I am from Canada. And no the ###00 does not work.

Can’t change billing

Harbour master Cortes on

Canada

I spent 13 minutes on the phone trying unsuccessfully to change to a no fee pass. First attempt on the app had an option for changing the billing. The app didn’t update my details. After that the option for a no fee pass disappeared. No amount of logging out and back in brought that option back.

Useless

Jjabk on

Canada

I can’t remember ever wanting to rate an app as badly as this one. The app always bugs, there is no ability to see payment or charging history and it freezes regularly.

Routinely loses transaction and session history

Markbullen on

Canada

Usually it only loses one or two but today I went to review my charging history and and there is nothing. Nothing under transaction history either. Phone support just “escalates” and I wait weeks to get an unsatisfactory response.

Can’t update my Canadian cc.

Maxime Hunter on

Canada

I can’t update my Canadian cc info on there even tho I’m doing the “00” trick. This is really frustrating. What I’m I supposed to do to travel at thanksgiving now!🤬

Flaky App

Saffydaffy on

Canada

I find this APP fairly flaky. I have created a bunch of FAVORITES a couple of times only to find them disappear a week or so later. Today the map in their APP wouldn’t even show their locations in Washington, Oregon and Idaho.

You may be able to use this as a Canadian

edv123321 on

Canada

For the zip code use this format: “###00” where the numbers are the numbers in your postal code.

Pour les canadiens

pierpc on

Canada
