Elements Mobile Banking

This app needs to have all three choices available in iOS under location services. Please add the choice "While using the app" as using "Always" for a setting is an unnecessary battery drain and using "Never" requires user go into phone settings to switch to "Always" to find nearby locations. Also find a location within the app defaults to nearby and gives no flexibility to find locations elsewhere other than moving the map around. Add an address search box! 10-6-2024 Previously reported problem has definitely been fixed. Now there is no location option for the app in iOS settings.

This is a meh version of the website. Not great. Needs card control integrated. Needs to be maxed for iPhone.

The app works fine most of the time. I do frequently run into a problem where transactions are not calculated properly and I have no idea how much is in my account, particularly because this happens most frequently with larger transactions. The app is good for those who like everything in one place but not great for money management if you don’t know your balance.

Clicking the back navigation button logs me out of the app. So always have to click on the Menu and select an option from there again. Depositing a check kicks me out as well and there is no way to tell if the check was deposited or not. Gave up after 3 attempts and now when I login it says deposit failed since it’s a duplicate deposit. Crazy!!

Connecting external accounts is a bit cumbersome. Moving money and scheduling transfer is mostly simple

I have a new account. App randomly logs me out and the deposit check function does not work at all.

Bill pay options are extremely Difficult to use on a phone. Also not user friendly. Has not improved over several years of use. Bill pay options still terrible

This app lets me pretty much do anything that my iMac web browser can do and then some. The mobile deposit feature is awesome!

I am 56 yrs old, I have done business with a multitude of financial institutions over the years and NOT ONE has compared to the professionalism, courtesy and helpfulness of Elements. Thank you all for your efforts on my behalf, may you have blessed lives .
