Since last update, english gone I can see only dutch or swedish (whatever it is) I cant use my mug
I can’t change the app to English. There is not a language settings. I hope the developers fix this problem ASAP!
it connects to your ember via bluetooth and you can choose your ideal temperature. Simple and beautiful interface. Loved it!

It was awful but it is getting better! There should be a battery management system, mug shouldn't be charged if I use it for a few seconds.
You had a decent working app then you tried to get cute and upgrade it. Now we have a disaster. I can never connect to either of my two mugs. I’ve reset them, connect once and then never again. Infuriating.
The notifications only display when I open the app versus on the home screen (and yes, I have the app notifications set appropriately). Better would be full notifications and Watch support. From other reviews, it seems that Watch support existed previously but was removed in subsequent versions. Please fix this app and open the Watch functionality back up!
I LOVED my mug when I first got it a little over a year ago (November 2023). I even bought an extra charger so I could have more versatility in using it. Life was great with my Ember Mug 2…we were content and happy. So happy that I bought a second mug to have been more options and always have a mug ready to go. Fast forward to the new app update…definitely not an upgrade, but a downgrade for sure. Ugh. It is awful. I’d been limping along with it…reconnecting when needed, at times leaving the app open so my mug would actually heat…but today I went all out and did all of the disconnections and relinks. I had visions of the being rejoined with my mug in a beautiful way and happiness would abound. I am about to pull my hair out. It’s keeping my tea tepid at best, although it shows that it’s to temp. I’ve about lost hope. Ember, what have you done? Did you sell the company to a competitor who is trying to get rid of Ember users in favor of their product? Did you hire app developers who have a vendetta against a happy hot beverage experience? Give us the old app back. Fix the new one. Do something…this is awful, and I regret that at least 4 other people have purchased this mug based on my previous recommendation.
I love my mug, or did love my mug till this app will not let me log in, sends me a email to log in through the link. But you cannot get into the link. This has been several times this happened. Someone needs to get on this and make the connection. I will never recommend the Ember mug to anyone as long as this keeps happening. I have gotten so many people hooked on this mug and now we all are having trouble since the app was updated. Not a way to do updates……. Very upset!!!!!!!!
