This is a great app! It has great tracking points that are helpful and being able to custom make them too is awesome.
You can chose what the most important things are that you need to monitor and then pick out how you want to measure it- yes/no or by number or by severity.
It is a really good mental health app. As a bonus, it has dark mode which is the best because I hate bright colors. It is my favorite app of all the ones I’ve tried and I’ve tried all of them out there.
It also gives you the ability to print the info in reports that you can share with your doctor if needed. It also just has graphs to look at for each month individually and then for the last 30 days so you can see how you have been over a period of time. So you can see trends and patterns over time. And now (this was not recent but new since my last review a while back) you can pick a date to go back to without backing up day by day- just in case you miss a day, you can still go back and fill it in. You can switch between months/years so you can do a comparison on your own.
I absolutely love this app. It is simple and very effective to monitor your mental health symptoms, meds and whatever you want to keep track of. Rad technology!
It is also very rare that there are noticeable glitches, it works like 99.6% of the time with zero issues. And if there is ever an issue, it is very small and resolved quickly.
I could list more benefits but I will let people find out for themselves. I have never had a single complaint and will always use this app for as long as it exists.
Incomplete app - give a few years before it’s a real app
This app appears to be in the beginning stages of creating it. They made it marginally look better by hiring a graphic designer though. The functionality for mental health is negligible. As it currently stands, this app is useless for any mental condition. I don’t know why this one is being labeled as “bipolar” when it is almost exactly like the other mood apps out there. There is no difference between the apps in this regard.
Very useful
I love this app, it really helps me keep track of everything and keep track of where I’m at. I don’t have bipolar disorder but rather PMDD and I still find this so helpful in addition to a period tracker.
I would actually really appreciate if the developers took menstrual cycles into consideration and added them as an option to track. Using this app and comparing the graphs to my period tracker is what actually helped me figure out and get the PMDD diagnosis.
As far as the app itself, it works great and I never have any problems. My doctor really appreciates the graphs also.
Best Tracker I’ve Found
This tracker has been so helpful to me over the past month since getting it. I’m currently having a hypomanic episode, and the app helped me to see it coming and have a better idea of what caused it/what my warning signs are. There’s enough content in the free version that you don’t need to subscribe unless you wanna add your own symptom tracking points or set a password for the app. And even then, the subscription is only $1.99 for a month and $9.99 for a year. And if you don’t want to/don’t have the money for that, you can just use the notes function at the bottom of the tracker to jot down anything. I’m using it to track how I feel during this episode, and I also used it to note a couple warning signs I saw as the episode started. It’s so helpful. It’s the perfect amount of functional and simple. You can use it just fine without paying anything, and even then the subscription is so affordable. Thank you so much to the devs for creating this and making it functional without requiring payment. When I’m not completely broke I will definitely be subscribing.
No Saved Data - Doesn’t Save Patreon
So I paid for the full version for a year! I got a new phone non of my data saved. The Dropbox back up confused me and you can’t open it on your phone. When I asked for my patreon membership back it took weeks for them to give me a promo code to finally get what I paid for back up. I don’t know if I’ll trust it with my data again. This is something so personal I’m sad it’s gone.
Outstanding tool - 10/10 in every respect
This is an outstanding tool. Well designed, easy to use, and a great help. 10/10.
I use this Daily
A friend recommended me this app when I was diagnosed with BP2. It has been an invaluable tool for me as i work on getting stable. The free version is really helpful; it has some general tracking points and you can generate a report to send to doctors/therapists/etc, but i highly recommend becoming a patron. As a patron you can use custom tracking points to personalize the app to your needs. Amazing app that has helped and will help many people. ♥️
Love it
Get the paid version I love being able to add my own tracking points
Patron fee scam alert! I was charged 4x the amount I agreed too. 😔
Really, really upset!
Despite my current financial struggles I made a decision to become a patron given string advocacy of a close friend who shares my mental health challenges.
At confirmation I acknowledged the $9.99 per year fee to become a patron.
For me right now this was the max fee I would have agreed too.
Too my shock, I was charged $41!!
Is this some kind of sick scam preying in people suffering from mental illness?
Best App for Clinically Ill
i am not a doctor - but a patient. this app has been ground breaking for me. being a person with bipolar 1 disorder, keeping a mental log of what i’ve been experiencing has proved impossible - mainly due to psychotic features. emoods has presets for main symptoms of bipolar disorder and different methods of tracking them. upgrading to premium has proved exponentially helpful with features including creating your own tracking points, for symptoms more uniquely your own. emoods has helped me use consistent data to show how my symptoms, medications, and other tracked stimuli are all connected. my doctor has been more than grateful for my stumble upon this amazing app.
