I like that it is targeted for people with unstable moods. You can rate different extreme emotions and log factors that may be affecting them. However It would really help if they were colour coded so each emotion on the chart is easily distinguishable from the others. I’d like the option too to give an average rating for the day and see a chart with these over the year like some other apps do. Overall, good for a small app

Not too much info, not too little. Exactly the things I would want to track. Notes is helpful too. As is the view where you can see trends over a month. Love it-gamechanger. Could maybe have a 5point scale but 4 also works. Thank you for making this.

I live with a low grade bipolar mood disorder. This has gone undiagnosed for at least three decades! E-moods is really helpful. It would be even more helpful if you could add a couple of your own parameters and remove those that aren’t useful. I prefer eMoods to ones that use emojis. Also the monthly reporting could be better. Thank you eMoods

i’ve used this app for about 2 years now. it’s absolutely amazing. i upgraded to the matron service about a year ago and it’s absolutely worth it. i use this app every single day. literally every day. i’ve got my own custom tracking points for things and it’s so useful. wether you have bipolar or another mental health difficulty, i 100% recommend this app. thank you

I love this app. It’s so quick and tracks our moods (FREE) with graphs etc. It also takes into account medication, psychosis, periods (and any other customised tracking points) and can be used by colourblind people as well 😌😌

So I was looking for mood journal and I tried a whole bunch of apps but nothing fully fulfilled my requirements. But this app did. I like that you can be depressed, elevated, irritated all in 1 day because our mood changes so much unlike other apps. I’m not Bipolar but I do suffer from a mental health problem and this helps me to track it. I’ve been using this app since the beginning of June 2019 and I love it. I love the weight tracker and sleeping amount too and I can see how I’ve changed weight overtime and how much I’ve slept per day. 1 improvement would be able to connect to external apps to track sleep without having to put a sleep amount everyday. Other than that it’s amazing. Highly recommend anyone looking for a mood tracking journal. I don’t normally do reviews but this apps helped me see when I’m sad or happy and why.

The app doesn’t have options to input multiple mood changes in a day so it is quite restrictive for people who have rapid mood changes/ultra-cycle. It is also not clear what exactly is meant by ‘elevated’ mood - whether this is something positive (feeling high/elated) or negative (eg. restlessness/irritation). The app is also very generic and not very detailed so I don’t think it gives a very accurate or complete analysis of moods and mood swings.

A simple effective way of monitoring mood. You can add triggers too so it's easy to track the effect these have on your mood. A great way to collate info to share with a psychiatrist when reviewing meds.

Highly regarded by my psychiatrist, perfect for logging any mood disorders, (in my case Bipolar 1) with reminders for medication, tracking for sleep, medication, talk therapy, psychotic symptoms, weight, menus & any personal notes. Displayed in graphs easy to understand through a glance, & really gives you the tools to take control of your mood disorder. With the option to send PDF/ printable versions to your psychiatrist (or for you just to read), this is a fantastic tool that’s benefited me significantly. Highly praised & a definite recommend.
