Encircle

Please listen to your users because clearly you do not use your own app out in the field. The app was finally working a week ago. Then you updated and completely changed the UI in the app and added multiple steps just to add a reading. Now I can’t add equipment that was working a week ago either. The app was fine and now it’s not. Change it back

I introduced my company to this app and everyone loves it. I am really hoping to see a couple of features added. I would like the ability to create a such and add people on it. I would also like to be able to tag someone in a note and have it notify them. It would be so helpful. In addition, if I could automatically tag a coworker when mitigation is completed so they can start the rebuild process that would be awesome. And possibly an AI feature that automatically inserts information for non salvage contents. Overall this app is a time saver and has been well built.

Sometimes while trying to add new equipment to the organization the list is showing only air movers, even when trying to add air scrubbers and dehumidifiers.

The entire process is great up until adding equipment in jobs. It will not respond to anything at all. Can’t leave the page, can’t find the equipment, can’t type anything. It is not just me everyone in my company is tired of encircle for this very reason.

Worked OK at first so I’ve spent hours cataloging and uploading photos. Now there’s about 100 items/ photos that will no longer open at all, no matter how long you wait or reload or reboot. Also even when it was working my main complaint is that there’s no way to re-order or sort your lists, like alphabetically or any other way. Will continue looking for another app for my purposes, this one turned out to be garbage.

Who’s bright idea was it to make you save a picture before you can take the next picture ? I spend countless hours now taking photos when it used to take me a couple minutes…. 👎🏽

After the 2 week trial I moved forward with the month to month because I had high hopes. Unfortunately encircle didn’t perform as I hoped and I found a program more suitable for my work. I contacted Encircle team to see if they would work with me because I only used for a month and they refuse to waive any contract and I have to pay 3k for a app that is unorganized and doesn’t meet expectations. I would warn any company against doing business with this company.

Only allows me 1 photo per item. What the Christ. Instant delete.

Encircled does not allow you to cancel. You are locked in to recurring monthly payments for 12 months. Cannot cancel under any circumstance BUYER BEWARE!!

Its a step back, i cant have more than 50 photos in the que or else it will crash
