Our company has been using this app for years now. Worked great. Recent additions and updates to the program has slowed it down and become buggy. Technicians having to wait 30+ mins for the file to load. Not a service provider problem when multiple users are experiencing the same problem with different phones, mobile service providers, and multiple spots in the city. Pricing went way up, service went down.
Need to add to be processed to the disposition list .. if I clean a table it’s not restoring it …
Great app for keeping track of your jobs when it doesn’t freeze.
Love the program. Have been using for a few years and easy to document the file with photos and moisture mapping tool through Hydro.
It is very good. Produces better lists for insurance claims than most of the other methods that I have seen in the industry.
This app is great - our company uses this app every day to track contents, complete moisture assessment and readings and organize most of our documentation for the job. It is very easy to train others with and has a very friendly interface. Really enjoy using this app and would highly recommend for companies, big or small.
I had the pleasure of test driving this app when it was first developed several years ago through my employer. Since then it has constantly evolved and changed into one of my top essential tools for any loss I attend. From photo documenting to equipment tracking, contents, reports and even “Hydro” a simplistic tool used along with your IICRC training to produce accurate visual reports confirming your dry plan and success. The final report visually confirms your successful drying process (including how much equipment to how many days on site) even for anyone who really doesn’t understand the science behind it. Throw away your drying logs, this app does it all including photos of your readings, time stamped & geo located to your job site. The app is easy to use, flows naturally with most restorers processes. Not a fan of reading “how too” instructions? They have all sorts of videos and training sessions for all types of learners. Most new employees pick it up after just a few losses. As a small Buisness owner I can see progress on my sites and interact with my staff in real-time right from my computer. You can assign file access to property managers, adjusters and clients so they too can see your work. Support is great, every enquiry is addressed and often suggestions eventually make it to a future update. If you are a restorer there is no better program out there period.
Useless support team.
I have been meaning to go digital for a while now, just finally got around to it. Love this app, makes everything so easy. My guys picked it up in no time, wish I made the switch years ago. Report templates are pretty good too, I’ve gotten a few compliments on my submissions recently. Recommend to everyone except my competitors
Not a fan of the camera in the new update. I liked the way it was before. Also, it would be helpful if when you delete an item in content listing if the numbers all shift as well so that there wasn’t any missing item numbers. It causes issues when you’ve only deleted pictures do to duplicate listings and the home owners want to know what those items were or where they are.
