Encounter+ VTT for D&D 5E

I run DND sessions as a DM for a group of my friends irl, them sitting on a couch and me presenting on a TV. Before I was just drawing on top of images of maps I found online, but this App revolutionized our sessions. initially I was just looking for an App to move Tokens on a map, but this app allows you to create and implement line of sight, daylight, fog of war and many other details with great ease, allowing your players to truly adventure through unexplored territory, instead of moving them through a fully uncovered map. It also has amazing tools for measuring distances, cones or radius (whats the plural of radius??), a huge catalogue of monsters already implemented. Adding new monsters and Player characters is also a cakewalk. It even has features to overlay or present images, without having to leave the app, offering a seamless and professional experience that will impress your group! It also offers online functionalities for online play that seem amazing, though I can't speak on this much, as I am using it via screensharing on a TV. This App also has an active community on discord, offering quick support and advice if needed. All in all it has made dming way more fun and also way more easy and I would recommend this to any DM, any day!

To hard to understand how to use it.

I’m a fairly new DM, but this was my first app downloaded just over a year ago. It has everything I need for D&D. From creating and tracking characters, NPC, monsters, spells, and items, to storing & displaying interactive battlemaps that are replete with line-of-sight walls and tokens, this app does it all. You can build in your own tables for 'randomly rolling results', keep track of storyline and world building by creating full HTML-markup pages, store downloaded art for easy display to your players, the list is almost endless. If you subscribe to the premium service, things get even better! Your players can connect via web browser, whether local or remote, and control their own player tokens while panning around and zooming in on the battlemap being presented. Kudos to the developer!

Way too difficult and I’m unable to import a single thing.

So I got this game and all it did was show the characters and it wouldn’t let me do a map or roll dice or anything. I don’t know why this was happening, it if you could fix it then that would be great. I don’t know if it happens to some people, everybody, or just me, but I find it not very useful if this is not fixed sometime. (again, it may just be that one time I downloaded it)

I just recently started DMing and the flexibility and customization that this app allows is unparalleled. I adore having a single place that I can write, plan, manage maps, and track encounters. I’m so thankful I stumbled onto E+ when I did!

This VTT runs amazingly well, they have a great support system on discord, the developer is fully responsive, and the app is easy to use. This is my go to app.
