The security measures of interacting with digital services, like chat of this company is ridiculous. At first you identify yourself in app then join a chat, only to be asked to identify yourself by sending files of original documents and photos of ID etc to be allowed to ask even the simplest question.

I updated the app resently and noticed that english is not supported in the new version 😬.

We had to wait more than a month for changing to 3-fase, although we had submitted all info. Waiting time on telephone also too slow!!!

The app is not sending out a verification code to my mobile, so impossible to get started. Maybe because it’s a Swedish number. But the choice of nationality of phone number is available in the wizard so the app gives the impression that it should work.

Hi. Application crashed under payment sometimes and endesa can’t see the payment. Please check it and fix. Overall its good .

The info is not good enough and some info is not possible to get. Earlier it was much better.

después de cada actualización y cambio, la aplicación ha ido de mal en peor. Ya no se puede seguir el seguimiento y las estadísticas. No he recibido una factura de luz en 6 meses.
