Endesa Clientes, luz y gas

La aplicación de Endesa es estéticamente atractiva y fácil de usar, pero presenta algunas deficiencias. Por ejemplo, no puedo conectarme al programa ‘para ti’ debido a errores constantes, y también tengo dificultades para vincular mi cuenta de Apple a mi cuenta de Endesa debido a errores similares. Sería genial si estos problemas se solucionaran en la próxima actualización.

No es funciona bien

Después de 12 meses sin recibir facturas me llegan todas de golpe, pido fraccionarlas y ahora no puedo domiciliarlas y el pago manual a través de la app no me permite visualizar todas las facturas por lo que me llegan avisos de corte de suministro y tengo que gastar mi tiempo en llamar al terrible servicio de atención al cliente. Peor imposible

Queridos desarrolladores! ¿Has intentado registrarte tú mismo? Si lo intentaran, lo verían imposible. Inicialmente hay una "repetición incorrecta de la contraseña".

Funciona muy lento después de abrir. Abre las paginas pensando y muy lento. Lo de mas esta bien

Now for the 3rd week my gas bill is not reflected.

The security measures of interacting with digital services, like chat of this company is ridiculous. At first you identify yourself in app then join a chat, only to be asked to identify yourself by sending files of original documents and photos of ID etc to be allowed to ask even the simplest question.

I updated the app resently and noticed that english is not supported in the new version 😬.

We had to wait more than a month for changing to 3-fase, although we had submitted all info. Waiting time on telephone also too slow!!!

The app is not sending out a verification code to my mobile, so impossible to get started. Maybe because it’s a Swedish number. But the choice of nationality of phone number is available in the wizard so the app gives the impression that it should work.
