App is great, chat and customer service sucks balls
So let me start with the app is just fine; although still unclear terms for non-energy geeks but hey, I can work with that. Now the frustration; a notification that says it's predicted we will have to pay 1900 extra end of year. No indication based on which data exactly this was predicted. Doesn't make sense anyway if we used less than 70 euros in the last 5 months (AND pay 50 per month just in case). Chatbot falls into a loop of stupid and repetitive questions and of course customer service only available during regular office hour. Because which customer would ever have a question outside of office hours right?
