This is the the poorest of all the electricity monitoring Apps I have used.( I have been with three companies and have apps for microgeneration) But at 4 months use I still cannot get any breakdown of my day to day usage or costs. When will we get anything useful?
Usually no problem with the App but today it’s frustratingly slow and unresponsive
Glitchy, constantly logging me out and forgetting my details, crashes all the time. Slow to load. 0 out of 10. Frustrating more then anything
The app is very glitchy, such as usage data not loading and/or not current. We have a smart meter and are trying to lower our usage of electricity, but for some unknown reason, for months when bills are issued, Energia adds all the usage that will appear on the bill to the month the bill is issued. So, if a bill is issued in May for all of March and April, March and April’s usage amounts will also appear in May’s graph. Ridiculous and unhelpful.
Not to easiest to use to pre pay bills
Brutal app. Exactly the same useless layout as the webpage. Zero insights into usage. Tried to adjust dates etc to see if I could get any relevant info on screen but just came up blank. And if you click on the rewards bit, that doesn’t do anything in the app, it just diverts you to a webpage and even when I got there, it wouldn’t let me register.
Sl so hard to figure out my bill. Email I have been sent tells me one amount but the app tells me another. Really confusing
App is very slow and glitchy. Often have to turn off phone to reset app to use it.
The App is staid, outdated and does not include important information, e.g., how much I am contributing to the Grid.
