App doesn't send notification to email or through app to say when things have stop working, when unit not getting power so would be good to see an upgrade to tell you when these thing happen and either send notification to phone or email
Poorly designed app, limited data available compared to other inverter monitoring apps out there. It often doesn’t work for me, always receiving an error message that there’s a wifi comm error with the inverter yet the inverter is connected when logged in directly to the inverter. I’ve contacted Fimer and the installer directly a few times and neither have been able to help. App has now logged me out completely and just gets stuck on the terms and conditions page trying to load.
No worries with the app and I can get a tech guy on the phone quickly. It’s improved a lot in the last update wince Fimer have taken it on.
Cannot even create a plant! Continually just says “error plant registration”
Tried numerous times to update. This program changed without my input from one form to another. Opened app, and discovered now different company. Wtf..... still unable to update. Hopeless.
A few new visual display changes have been added with the new update but the load and response time has gone from bad to worse. There are times when the information won’t even load. Not impressed with the app development. Don’t download, stick with the old versions.
After a couple of days of use, this app needs some serious re-vamping! Seems slow, would be nice if there were some kind of transition between selecting different tabs and updating/ refreshing. It’s just not user friendly. Need to be able I put a $$ amount for kw used and energy produced so we can see real time how much we’re saving.
I’ve had this 1 month. The App has not loaded/ worked for 75% of the this time. I’ve called the company several times. They inform me that I have set it up correctly. They keep telling me they are doing updates on the system causing the app not to work. Personally I think that this response is just a cop out. Wish there was another app compatible with my ABB invertor.
The app seems to do what I want, but does not have a monthly total ie for the last 12 months. This should be added as per the other app. Update this and it’d be great.
I wish I had known the app. Doesn’t work. This is the main reason I selected the inverter. Can’t login and hasn’t lived in once. Extremely frustrating.
