What a load of c&@p nothing works right
So updated as refused to let me access my account, then didn’t recognise my face id, manually input and didn't recognise, pressed to reset passcode and they sent OTP, which again was not recognised, they sent me another OTP and again failed to recognise its own security password. Have been unable to contact anyone as late night on a bank holiday weekend.
Regularly get kicked out of the app and it doesn’t recognise my sign-in credentials repeatedly until it decides it will recognise them after all. Recent update means you can’t see your actual available balance on the front page - no idea what the thinking behind this is. I don’t use many apps and of all the ones I do use this is by far the worst. I like having a prepaid card, I don’t like the app.

Awful, can no longer see dates of Direct Debits, or amounts and dates in previous transactions, and you have to click on balance to see available balance, I don’t want to see what I did have when I open the app, I want to see what I have left without having to click on anything! Update is rubbish compared to previous one
The app used to work well before its recent update. Now there are no longer any individual savings envelopes, problems with standing orders being collected, biometric login is faulty and the app is no longer user friendly. Before now app was great.
Face recognition doesn’t seem to work on the updated version, other than that, the new look looks easy to understand
Have been unable to locate the envelopes feature since the upgrade. This is extremely inconvenient as most of my money are distributed across my envelopes so I have no access to my money in the app. Customer service cannot give time frame for when this will be fixed. On the online version, if you log in too many times in a day, you’re prompted to prove you aren’t a robot then it takes you back to log in screen and you end up stuck in this loop. Customer service suggests clearing cache and cookies to get round this but still doesn’t work. So I’m officially unable to access my own money until these issues are resolved
Bit of a pain to get into once you upgrade…I use face i.d. but it wants my username and I can’t remember it as I’ve had account for years and not needed it so now I can’t get into my account…wish me luck
