Scan and Pay – Pay using your debit/credit card, 1card or 1card fuel.
Top up your or your added beneficiary’s 1card and 1card fuel using your debit/credit card or own 1card.

Add your Clicks Clubcard to earn points every time you pay with the app.

View all your completed transactions in your purchase history.

Add your vehicles to the My Vehicle Logbook

Forgot my password, tried to use forgot password, but I don’t receive a sms code to reset, have tried several days but no luck I have a positive balance that I can’t access now

I can’t see how to add my clicks card

It is a difficult app to use

Disappointed

Always have your card with you.

Fails and looses funds and transactions

Disappointing. I had funds loaded with enough to travel for work on this app. If failed to make payments at the station, days later tried to re install , logged in and all funds and transaction history is gone.

Cant sign in

Created a user account (with email), and after multiple sign-in attempts with only a blank white screen as response, gave up and deleted the app. Disappointed as I exclusively fill my car at Engen garages and generally have a good experience.

Tip before pay

Please update the app that you can tip the attendant before you pay! Otherwise amazing app!

Slow

By the time the App has opened, I’ve had my car filled and left the forecourt

An easy App

It is such an easy and effective app to use. It is wonderful to be able to now officially tip the attendants digitally in moving a petrol station to the 21st century!

Love it!

I love that they recently added the ‘tip an attendant’ function. It really rounds off the app nicely :)
