What’s with all the constant update? I’ve been stuck at parking lots for 30 mins just to get my address for my hotel but I’m stuck at updating it every week.

There are some good deals out there. You have to be careful I booked a hotel room at the Hyde Hotel in Hollywood Florida room cost was $148 plus taxes and fees that came to $302 for one night stay then when I checked out I got hit with another set of resort charges taxes and fees by the hotel. Tried to go through Hotel Engine with no avail. So what should it cost me $300 to stay the night at this property ended up costing me $585 that’s why I say be careful careful especially at properties that charge resort fees because they are not in the price of Hotel Engine and they don’t let you know that.

Did not receive my points for a whole week of travel. Also no stay credit. No customer service to ask directly why. Yes my loyalty number is in the app.

The best travel app and company I’ve ever used. Every single experience has been positive and made traveling not nearly as rough. Thank you!

I would love to be able to use this app, but I do use voiceover because I’m blind. This app is totally inaccessible to search for a hotel. I will stick with either Booking.com or directly through the hotel sites. What a waste!
