I would advice you to stay away from the videophone by this company the app is Enki I’ve had mine for nearly two month’s the app doesn’t work anymore now the Wi-Fi no longer works contact customer service and the say it’s your internet because it runs on 2.4 not 5G but my internet is set for 2.4 I have to cameras that run on 2.4 and they work great it did work when I first got it now not at all so basically its a complete waste of money.It locked me out of my own property because my get has electric strike the key phobe now not working my god and not to mention the money it cost to have the cable layed from the gate to the house total rubbish.
