Slow and lacking features
Update: while below are still true, now there's also the problem of booked blocks disappear on the app (ie. If some block is booked, you scroll up/down that block would disappear). Given we now charge people to use that phone line, I would expect us to at least make the app more usable. The current app is: Very slow when loading information With very limited functionalities and lacks basic features such as: -the ability to chat with the clubhouse online (your phone line is always very busy) -the ability to check rate per mile (many models, such as the hybrids are not listed on your website) -the ability to log issues (non-urgent), such as where a car needs servicing/cleaning -the ability to track spending and see past bills But still, miles better than your website
