Does this App really work?
the overall user experience needs some improvements. Registered 2 weeks ago, but until today I’m not sure if the EPASS service really works. Especially the crosschannel experience is not yet state of the art: 1.) Registration Process (web): no 2-step email confirmation (1.confirm email / 2. send welcome mail/subscription confirmation) (btw. mobile number would be cool too) 2.) Registering a car: select a Country specific licence plates is a must (I‘m sure my lic.plate already exists in Norway too). No confirmation by email, that my car has been registered and is ready for the system. 3.) Since 14 days I see no invoice. But there must be any. Since today: No confirmation that my foreign car plate gets detected correctly. 4.) no possibility to upload car details/papers within app. Doing so on web creates (again) no confirmation email. 5.) contacting helpdesk from web creates no auto-reply mail which says „we received your request“. 6.) contacting developers from app store leads to 404 page. as a user I‘m pretty lost with your service. in 2022 digital experience should feel different. so please fix all this!! (and talk to the web team too). thx!
