So they essentially closed my account and dont even provide after service to transfer your data which means this could happen again with x and even google or apple accounts to “force people into using a stove account” like some companies will be looking into getting a refund

The art and story are fantastic. However, it has terrible monetization and a really poor gatcha system. Almost everything is extremely overpriced, and you get somewhat frequent ads for very expensive but underwhelming packs as you play. The gatcha system is split among several different currency types that make it difficult to draw on banners that you want, and so can make collecting the characters you want very frustrating. Unfortunately, the story is marred by some boss fights designed to be very frustrating, including excessive use of ultimates against you, tossing out the turn order, and looped turns for the boss that can make them difficult to handle. It might be barely tolerable if these were optional bosses for side content rewards. But they will be peppered into the story, causing a freeze on narrative progress as you need to create very specific builds just to continue the story. On top of which, they do not provide any manner of increased reward for the difficulty. So it simply a roadblock that indicates a poor difficulty curve rather than any meaningful addition. The game definitely has its highlights, but can be frustrating often enough to make players question why they play the game at all.

Had this since day 1, ever since it’s become P2W and a couple times I wanted to come back but nope. Still just cash grab banners and recycled content.

Oh gee here we go! A rant from a crazy person who’s played since day 1. First of all, this used to be a great game, fair, balanced, and fun, giving you a good shot of pulling the shiny new hero you want while having lots to do. Now, not so much. There will be no way for you to ever catch up unless you’re willing to drop hundreds of thousands. So: Content. Their updates are few and far between, and they only do “big” updates when they realize, oh shoot hey, it’s been a year, maybe we should add another chapter to the story instead of our 50th moonlight hero? And when they do have that update, it occupies a good 20 minutes of your time. They spend more time and effort milking you of your last paycheck, while keeping their cringy talk show thing going, constantly reminding you to click their YouTube links so they can get that delicious add revenue and boosted algorithm. Resources. The game doesn’t give you nearly enough of anything to be able to just PLAY. Everything costs too much, making you literally stuck. You need more gold, or more energy, or more mola, more catalysts, more gems, more more more… but hey! Wowee, you can BUY those resources you need to just play by spending more money! Cool! Now pull rates, HAHA An actual joke, worse than any gacha I’ve played; this game used to have fair pull rates, but at this point, I know they change your luck based on your spending. Based on statistical research across many accounts, the chance of you getting that cool new hero you want is close to 0 if you’ve spent any reasonable amount of money to get the resources you wanted to just play. Imagine having 500 moonlight bookmarks saved up after a year to spend in one go, and not get a single 5 star hero. Enjoy pitying every single banner! Also their packs are NOT affordable for the average joe, they average at 80-140$ Canadian :) Their balance team is also taking a snooze, because they keep releasing broken units that never get fixed. (They release Lua, and thought it would be a good idea to pop out Nahkwol too?? Hello???) bruiser has also been king for way too long, so you can also expect to enjoy playing against the same boring teams over and over in PVP. And lastly, the game is pretty dead. You can expect to play for months and not get a single friend invitation. Guilds that are willing to accept new players are often devoid of life with absent members. I’ve played a lot of games like this but none are as good as this game imo

They deleted my account after I played for 3 years. When I contacted them they said I deleted my account. Awesome support

They didn’t fix the problem with the game, keep releasing new characters and throw everything under the rug. They released overpowered unit and refuse to nerf them. If u play pvp be prepared to see the same units everywhere. The only good thing is the animation of the skills look good, and they have good character designs.

I’ve been playing this game for about a year and a half. It’s by far the worst video game experience I’ve had the displeasure to experience. The devs don’t do jack squat and it shows through their latest balance patch. That doesn’t even begin to cover my main issue. Even in PvE rng causes players to hate the game. Absolute resistance has been a problem since day 1 and the devs haven’t fulfilled their promises to remove it. In PvP, dual attacks and 15% make an already underwhelming experience dreadful. This game is like putting lipstick on a pig but instead, it is decent graphics on a clunky piece of software. Do better Smilegate.

This games is designed to infuriate you. Broken units and when you try to write a unit review in game you can never post cause it’ll tell you I used a banned word (not even using any vulgar language) and NOT tell you which word is the banned one (I’m presuming they don’t like the word damage, pen, or numbers in their reviews despite these words being relevant to a units abilities). This game legit has the worst mechanic design team. I’ve never seen a game spiral into poor management like this game. If it wasn’t for the style and art, I’d have dropped this game over a year ago. FYI I love the game but the devs clearly don’t. But it is the only gatcha I play cause of how long I’ve played and because at its core it is good. They need a reversion patch on god to bring the game back to when everything wasn’t counter or speed on god.
