ISNT DOWNLOADING STUCK ON 16%
Stuck on 16% on iOS ! Have enough space on my device. Why is this happening? It says can’t run without patch and when I hit proceed it just stays stuck on 16% no matter what
Unreceptive to player feedback
The devs of this game does not like to treat players fairly, even after numerous complaints about game balancing and unit releases. I had to change my review to one-star because of how Smilegate refuses to acknowledge any server except CN, and showers them with F2P rewards while other servers are handed scraps. I will not be putting money or time into a game that treats their customers like second class citizens.
THE BEST RPG
E7 is THE best rpg i have ever seen, it’s fun, you always wanna come back at playing and it’s very interesting. The way the game was made is fantastic. No mobile game made me play that much and it’s been a year since i’m playing. Keep going SmileGate !
Upgrading gear is too RNG
I don’t even know how many times I tried to get decent boots for Mascot Hazel I have tried upgrading like 5 different sets of boots and it always rolls onto a bad substat. Even if I have an epic gear it will always choose to go all defence or something. I hate this so much can there be some change to the upgrade system too be less rng.

Revert compensation Smilegate is being racist and political.
Taiwan is a country and china is aggressor. Smilegate compensating china server for truth about taiwan being a country even though their terms and conditions say they wont be politically motivated. Sucks to be you smilegate. We want you to revert the compensation.
Unfair treatment to global players
The devs show favouritism to certain regions. If you are on global you will be treated very poorly and miss out on a lot of cool rewards that the other regions get.
This game fell off
I’ve been playing this game for a long while now, since the first chapter. I have seen nothing but the simplification of PvE content and the nice rewards go exclusively to the PvP section of the game. Events have become highly simplified and while they still give similar rewards as before, it feels as though they have been streamlined to be easily churned out. Furthermore the disparity between server compensation for bugs and social faux-pas is such that Global feels like the red headed stepchild.
Discriminates between servers and does not test patches anymore.
My original review of this game was 5 stars been playing for multiple years but things have been changing and not for the better. Recent patches have made mistakes that full on have froze the game making certain content unplayable, disconnect issues and basic continuity in rules in ranked. This caused people to lose streaks(important for ranked) and outright to lose matches up until nearly the final day of the season. It made some people most likely to miss out on rewards and to lose aforementioned streaks. Onto the topic of server bias; the Chinese server recently had a community outcry due to smilegate having listed Taiwan as a country. The response from smilegate was to give a “compensation” package valued around ~200USD. They have had better rewards for exact same events being run on different servers and specialized packages exclusive to their region. The issues I mentioned earlier afflicting the global/EU/KR/Asia regions with bugs and disconnects was “compensated” by 3 energy leifs. Roughly equivalent to $2USD. In summary smilegate has taken a position of open favouritism towards the Chinese servers and open neglect of all others.
