This is a great addition to my RV. Saved me more then I know. I had two hot water heater boards fry from low voltage issues. Installed for a year now and no more issues. There have been just a handful of times that it tripped because of low voltage at different places at peak times. You just open the app and hit restart. It’s that simple. The APP is also great as you can monitor and check how much voltage and amps are present. Gives you a great ideas of how many amps your devices use.

Awesome device, but app needs updating.

Really glad we upgraded to a PWD, but can we please get error logging in the app? I love that my watch will give me updates when there’s an issue, but why can’t we have the issues logged? Logging would make this pretty much perfect.

Saved us a few times

If you travel to places with lots of 30a sites in older parks this is a lifesaver…coach system saver actually. In more than a few parks, commercial and public, the older 30a systems will not maintain above 106v when you get much over 20a draw. With newer large coaches, especially the all-electric models, the coach can manage the load by turning things on and off or diverting to the inverter if necessary. We never would have known the shore voltage was dropping below 106v if it hadn’t been for the device dropping the power to protect the coach electrical. It allowed us to set the coach max load to 20a so it knew to start limiting the load before the voltage dropped. For the reviewers that say it’s junk because it keeps tripping off, would you rather have a burnt out air conditioner?? Read the manual and learn your rig!! So why 4 stars, not 5? App has been improving but still needs work - when there’s a voltage error, provide the specifics in the error message (voltage, current, time stamp) to help troubleshoot the problem. Wifi capability so we can connect to our coach internet connection and get alerts remotely. Reading for total current being drawn. If app is set for only one Watchdog, bypass confirm screen to reduce clicks to operate. Graphical view of voltage and current would be nice but not mandatory. I’d recommend this unit to others!

Bought a camper with this device already installed. Keeps killing my a/c in 90 degree temps claiming I have no ground from the box. Nobody else in the campground has an issue. Can’t wait to get home and remove this trash.

Over owned another very poplar brand (PI) on all of my previous coaches (7) and never had an issue, problems with this unit is it’s constantly tripping. Basically my complaints resulted in my being told by customer service that it is too bad and I had to cut down my electrical usage. So much for trying another brand. Might be good on smaller 1 or 2 a/c units, but in my opinion a poor selection on my part.

I’m going back.
