Far too many pop up windows when all you want to do is a document print. Also it started to print a previous document after selecting a new print option. There is a firmware option available, guess what it came as a pop up before letting me print. Maybe let the document print then show the pop up

I am unable to print documents unless they have been moved to the documents folder, nor am I able to print emails unless I send them to the dedicated email of the printer, which is ridiculous

Smart.? OMG..!!! I just want to print. Took 3 days to get something

The worst printer it has been my misfortune to encounter. Setting it up has been agony! I very rarely leave reviews but felt it my duty to forewarn the unwary.

Hopeless to get to connect to an iPad! Eventually managed it after several hours trying. 😔

Keeps saying wrong paper size set up when trying to print basic A4 documents or pictures. HP printer is a far better set up .

Doesn’t link to iPad as already on my iPhone -why is this?

One of the steps in the procedure to connect to Wi-Fi, putting in my Wi-Fi password, just did not come up. Eventually managed to do it when my son in law helped but it should be more straightforward for the lay person.
