I love it now I did find it hard to connect with my iPhone done it at last I am 77 but I did it so pleased I didn’t have any help ❤️I had a job to do a second one to my iPad have done it now happy now Sue Jay x

Utter rubbish
It’s 2024 and most of the world has a smartphone but will an Epsom printer connect to AirPrint - BIG FAT NO!!!!!
Epsom smart printer
I love this printer. I have saved a lot of money on inks compared to my previous HP Smart printer
Print coming out blurry

Exceptable as more robust no faults
Does seem a tad slow when printing One A4 picture the hp printer was Faster witg brighter pictures but Did have an issue 3 replacements From curry's said goodbye I've been Advised to use an Epson I would rate The Epson 7 out of 10 a poor picture Not very bright or clear took some Time too print the picture maybe It's down to cheap copy paper
The app needs to be better
The printer works well but the Smart Panel isn’t so smart, scanning photos and documents and I can’t save them to my photo recents folder on my iPhone where as the Epson IPrint app used to I’m now stuck trying to send important documents in an email but had to add three pages to the already started email and can’t get the photos to add the library to attach them to the email. Please sort this out as I’m now getting frustrated with it. Many thanks

A downgrade from my old HP
It is a review for the app and printer. Bought this printer ET-2860 to replace my HP which stopped recognising the black cartridge after 10 yrs of faultless service. The Epson is an ink tank printer, and hopefully will save me on ink cost. Now the reason for 1 star, I knew that this printer doesn’t have automatic double sided printing but I didn’t know it can’t work with iOS devices out of box. It probably does not support AirPrint, which is like buying a smart TV in 2024 without AirPlay! This means that I have to download the files on iOS device, then open the Epson app and print document. This basically rules out printing web pages! Thirdly, the printer prints in page number order, not reversed which means you either sit with the printer to flip each page or reverse the order after printing completes. This is waste of time, and I couldn’t find an option in the app to reverse the printing order. For 3 times more price for my old printer which had all the above features, this is really a downgrade and I can’t return it because I didn’t like it!
Epsom ET2860 first experience
Clunky when using Epson smart panel with iPad. Prints very slowly.
Print off emails.
Have found a few times of having to go to my ET-2870 to switch on the printer, so not totally Wi-Fi ready. Printer turns off so can’t just tap on print and be done with.
