Don’t get tricked on a 3 or 6 month subscription deal (still hundreds) and have it automatically renew. ALWAYS CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION IMMEDIATELY UPON SIGNING UP TO SAVE YOURSELF. Equation are your usual subscription crooks, completely unforgiving and will show you no real mercy even if you haven’t been using the lack lustre product and despite multiple sign ups for no results. Basically just make sure 3/4 of your dinner plate is broccoli and carrots and you have you diet plans. I will be warning my interested friends to stay away.
No flexibility
Didn’t like the app and forgot to cancel. Had t used it for months and they still took $177 out of my account and wouldn’t refund even through I reached out same day.
Be careful if you sign up.

Have had great personalised programs, great feedback and advice from coach, and great recipes.
The app can be a bit clunky a times, but it can be overlooked for how good the program is! I can also see in their Facebook group that they’re doing usability testing and we’re asking about new features, so it appears they are investing into the app as well.
Impossible to cancel
They in their fine print require an 8 week minimum subscription. While they have a 7 day trial period, they for myself at least, offered me a month free when I went to cancel in those 7 days which has now made it impossible for my to cancel when I want and I have to wait for the 8 weeks to be up. Incredibly frustrated and feels like a scam.
