The very existence of this app demonstrates that Equate Plus are at least 10 years behind! USE A GENERIC AUTHENTICATION APP

What qr code this is rubbish

Very easy to use, done in less than 5 minutes

Terrible App, consistent with website.

Currently a “general” problem with not being able to generate correct QR codes on the website for this dumb app to authenticate. No alternative logon. So locked out of account. I’m sure someone thought they were being clever introducing this. It’s embarrassing.

In a world where there are multiple Authenticator apps out there would you build a separate app that is tied to a single application? The app doesn’t appear to be complete as the privacy policy is blank. Why not invest the effort into something more valuable?

It’s not clear why a service needs a specific authentication app. What’s wrong with the multi-service ones like Twilio Authy and Google Authenticator? It’s not clear how to backup the QR token should a device be lost. Help and Privacy policy under settings just don’t work revealing blank screens when clicked. It’s bad, but the worst kind of bad where you can’t use alternative, superior, authentication apps that you might already have, and have working backup strategies in place for.
