Garbage
Virtually impossible to register. After I scan the qR code from the desktop it directs me to choose either Face ID or Pin code authentication method. Once I choose one the web page displays “your account has been successfully linked to EquateAccess” but the app reverts back to requesting another QR code and the cycle begins again. It doesn’t matter wether I choose face ID or PIN
Can't open app
This app is horrible. I can't access my account. It opens to "scan QR code" page and opens my camera. I can't do anything with this app.
Can’t even get started
How do you scan the QR code when it is on the same device? There’s no way to ask a question and no answers in the faqs
Ridiculous!!!!
Horrible App! EquateAccess I hope you read these reviews and fix the problem! I have to now use this absurd app since my Computer Share moved to EquateAccess and I literally cannot do anything! I need to see my account!!!!!!
Pointless
The app uses QR codes anyways, so it doesn’t do anything your standard 2FA app already does.
Horrible and pointless
The security at Equate is brutal. Upon creating my account, it wouldn’t accept my 50 character password as “too common and easy to guess” and instead made me reduce it to a weaker 12 character password. Then it forced me to use this app to approve every login rather than a standard 2FA app. I log in about once a year to get my tax docs, so surely the next time I update my phone I’ll be locked out of my account. Fantastic. My company forces me to use Equate so I can’t just move elsewhere unfortunately.
App doesn’t work
You folks are employed in handling people financial accounts n the app to do so doesn’t work. My employer transferred my account from Compushare which was Awesome to u guys n I’ve yet to get into my account. I’m closing my account can’t deal with this ridiculousness
Can’t add the account
After changing my mobile I can’t use this app or add the account to it
Unable To Use
In order to get started it tells you to scan a QR code. Where am I supposed to get this QR code from? It doesn’t even give an alternative option to log in and create account. Since I can’t get past the first step, I’m deleting this app now.
