Device when paired say pir not on Unable to connect to app is there a fix

Kindly need the app developer review the firmware and fix the bug. The battey can drain within one day after the update. Waste money to buy this hardware. Useless hardware

Recently unable to see and read the recording on handphone, also no notification after activated PIR. Only able to see the recording on computer when take out the SD card from camera by using card reader. Please fix the bug, this issue happen always.

After the latest app update. Unable to store image captures or notification that someone was outside the door. Tried reinstalling and rebinding, doesn’t work at all.

The door device unable to push PIR alert notification to the smartphone. Even after several attempts to reset the device and rebind, delete the app and reinstalling but to no avail. Developers need to fix the bugs in the app or servers problems. The whole security functions is redundant to users with such major issues!!!

Alarm sounded but nothing was recorded. No playback file available at all. What is the use when I can’t see any recording or even worse, not recorded. I can’t be 24hrs online. When visitor press the alarm, nothing was recorded also. Fix it!

Suddenly lost connection to the VEIU Mini 3S. Saw on the eques app to update the doorbell system. After updating, live view works but motion sensor function is gone and all pictures captured previously cannot be seen on the app. Please update the system. If not the system is useless

weird app! tried to reg a new account n it kept asking for code? i dont know and how to get it. tried to go the official brand website but it became an online gambling site

Was unable to read or see the video on the handphone. But was available on the camera itself. Always have this issue now and than .. not sure what is wrong. And no notification
