This App doesn’t work more than it does…. What’s going on?? Trying to hide our money

Cant enter my one time passcode because app keeps resetting when i go back in. Definitely changing super

Doesnt work: glitches and errors. Absolute garbage APP

App works fine for ages then randomly boots you out, and makes you log back in with 2 factor. Appreciate security measures, but very annoying when you can’t login on just your mobile. You enter your email, enter your password then it asks you to get a code sent by sms or email - this is where it fails. You navigate away from the screen to go get the 6 digit passcode and when you go back to enter it the screen refreshes and you’re back to being asked for your email. This sends you into a loop of never actually being able to enter in the passcode to login. So you can never actually login unless you’re using 2 devices. I don’t understand how with all these bad reviews it’s not fixed already….

Can’t login as the login page/process restarted while I’m getting verification code and going back to Equip app

This app is fine when it works, my issue is logging in. You enter all relevant details, enter PIN codes, set up Face ID so you don’t need to remember all the login details. This works fine for a short period of time. Then one day your asked to do it all again. Wears thin when you feel like this happens weekly. I’ve never had issues like this with other apps.

Equip can’t even fix the apple application !!!!

Good when it works, but only works occasionally. Most annoying feature is trying to log in, choose the SMS code option, but when you open the text message it resets the log in. Only way I can log in is using email code and getting the code from another device. This has been an issue for a long time. Hoped for a fix in the last update, but nope, just a rebrand. Small things like this lack of care make me want to pull my money and take it somewhere else. I guess why bother spending money on an app when they already have your money?

This app contains a fatal programming looping error that prevents members from logging into the app. When you enter the login process, the app wants to send an SMS for verification. When you flick over ti collect the code from the SMS and return to the Equip App, the App jumps back to the start of the login routine thereby never allowing the member to enter the SMS code and therefore never to complete the login.

What an App!!! Absolute joke. Good super fund and bad access. I use this as my primary access to my super fund and god help the day when I do have to log in for a purpose and not just to have Bo-peep at my balance. Its bad guys. Its real bad. Sometimes I can't log in for months at a time. Good luck with abortion.
