Never work after first time, need to logout, then login again.

Had this app for a few years now but unfortunately it doesn’t work a lot of the time and even displays incorrect details at times which gives me trust issues. It’s a bit unnerving given that it’s a financial related app that it can be so hit and miss with its important personal financial details. A useful app when it works but very unreliable with its log in.

The app hasn’t worked for multiple months, if you manage to get past the spinning circle to log in (which is not centred on the screen), you will be greeted by a screen that says “site not available”.

Terrible app,just get a rotating circle can't log in,just seen a response to another review that say please give us more info 😂😂😂wtf try log on yourself and see,like they don't know

By far the clunkiest app I ever used and it doesnt even work regularly. Stuck with the spinning circle most of the time. What a waste of time and this alone makes me want to move my super fund.

I’d like to give this a zero but 1 is the lowest I can give. Hardly works. If I was Equip, I think it would be time to get someone who can make a decent app that actually works most of the time rather than the other way.

App may have had changes in last month and a half, but I have to delete the app and reload it , then it works once and have to reload it. Have rang helpline and they said they will report it to their it team. Please fix it not good enough

Constant need of uninstalling and reinstall for the app to work

Having just reloaded this for the 976 time over the years. I can with out a doubt say this is the wort app I have ever used circle of death , no info half the time ect if they are as bad at super as apps god help us all

Has to be one of the worst apps around. I have to delete / remove and reinstall every time I want to access my super.
