After using GigSKY for a while and relying on it, the GigSky eSIM has stopped working and GigSky has not provided any support. For now I would recommend Airalo

Stay away!!!!! Did not open a web page or email…

Purchased a 1 Gb on cruise, after activation in couple of minutes before I could open an email or a single web page it said no connection?! I had every thing off and data off for everything, reset the statistics to watch the data usage but interestingly at less than 40 mb stopped working in few minutes! Had to wait to be back on land to check with their cutomer service which easily denied everything and refused to provide any details or refund.... I use a 1 Gb in a week time normally with data on for all the apps.... seems a scam to me based on the response and dhort duration NEVER buying again and will have to dispute the charges with my bank for services net provided

I’ve used GigSky for years but recently the service has gone down hill. Can’t open basic webpages when it shows LTE. I paid for an unlimited plan, couldn’t use it the majority of the days. Can only find customer support via email and they are not responsive I need to find a new provider

This app was recommended to me in order to stay on line and keep up to date with socials etc. It’s super important also to make any transactions and get anywhere with maps. The amount of times I was communicating with family and I got dropped was ridiculous. Translations was also not available to use when I got dropped. I ended up signing up with another provider

So you plan a trip and would like an affordable data package for your 14 day vacation. You purchase from Gigsky and as soon as you install the esim it validates - meaning u r on the clock. If u installed the esim before as they say u must have a good WiFi connection to install then u do it before u leave but u lose a couple of days of usage on the other end - especially if going on a cruise. No wifi to install on the ship - so it wont install and if u install earlier then your plan loses a day or two - not practical and should be corrected like airalo does. No activation until u turn on the esim not at installation.

Only worked maybe 5% of the time in very particular spots of the ship. Never worked in cabin or main restaurant.

It only worked once or twice and I payed for 4 plans so I could stay in touch with my family while on the carnival breeze. I do not recommend at all.
