eSIM is short for embedded SIM, which is a small chip inside your phone or mobile device that allows you to instantly download a data plan to get connected! In other words, you do not need to remove or replace your physical SIM card to add a secondary (Dual-SIM) data-only plan for your mobile device. How to Install an eSIM? Just scan the given QR code using your device to install your eSIM (One-time only). Please ensure that you have a stable Internet connection before you install your eSIM to avoid any disruptions during the download process. When using eSIM, select your device settings as follows:
1. Primary SIM data plan (If any): DISABLE Mobile Data Roaming
2. Eskimo eSIM data-only plan: ENABLE Mobile Data Roaming
P.S. It may sometimes take up to 5 minutes when connecting to a new local destination network for the first time. If you still can't connect, please check that the above settings are correct. You can try switching ON Airplane mode for 10 seconds and OFF to connect or RESTART (OFF/ON) your device to reboot. Also, turn OFF your Wi-Fi (which may cause a conflict) when trying to connect to a new destination data network.

App not working with Family Data
My Eskimo data purchased worked well , though more expensive than other e-Sim online offers. However on sharing and transfer to my family members who also downloaded the app, did not work overseas Support was sought and reset done but still inoperative. They gave up using Eskimo and reverted to online eSIM purchases again.
Could not open it.
Crashed in one second.
Easy and convenient
Everything about Eskimo was easy from set up and usage. Even though it may be a little more expensive than some of the other eSIM out there… Eskimo is the only eSIM company out there so far that let us keep our data for 2 years before expiring. Love the fact that I won’t have unused data go to waste after my travels and I can even transfer some data to families and friends if they need data too.

Privacy Concern
This app asks for your date of birth for registration. I never used an eSIM data only app asking for data of birth.
