Great app and great contact support
The software made in China can steal the internal data of the phone, causing the leakage of my private information, and I continue to receive contact from fraud groups.
I travel between U.S. and Costa Rica so I’ve tried other sims and esims. They all work at first but then they stop working. FlexiRoam just works and when I have an issue, their support immediately responds and helps me. Great service!
I travel world wide and I have been using Flexiroam for 2 years. So far it has roamed in every continent & country I have visited. The USA, Europe & Asia. It works everywhere. Great product
I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with Flexiroam. I encountered a problem with their service, and despite reaching out to their support team, I received unhelpful responses. Each reply took around 8 hours, and not a single solution was provided that addressed my issue. It’s evident that the technical support team lacks the necessary expertise to handle customer problems professionally. They seem unprepared and unwilling to provide timely or effective assistance. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service. Additionally, the recent app update has made things worse. The app is not user-friendly and introduces more problems than it solves. If you're considering Flexiroam, I would strongly advise against it. Save yourself the hassle and look for a more reliable service provider. If anyone needs more details, I’m willing to share screenshots of my conversations with their support team to demonstrate just how bad the service really is.
I got the 20GB data and at the beginning it was all fun and games,working perfectly everywhere but as I approached the 7 GB mark things started to go south.my data plan was paused for no apparent reason and the help I got was not solution driven to say the least.i got ripped off of 7GB that is irrecoverable.I don’t advise this product.
Title says it all. Bought a stupid unlimited plan, and showed as connected but never provided any data. Customer support totally unresponsive, only got pre-canned responses from a chatbot and NO refund. Completely useless.
I’ve been using this app for the last couple of years and I used to loved it. Great coverage and great customer service. I don’t know what happened since their last update, but my data stopped working and I’ve been trying to get an agent to solve the issue like they’ve done in the past, and the fact that it’s been 24 hours and all they’ve done is asking to restart my phone is absolutely ridiculous. I have a data plan which I cannot use but paid for and your costumer service is not only useless but incapable of keeping up with a conversation. They’re getting back to me every 4 hours or more
It was working well until the last update, but now it's not functioning. I've been trying to contact them for over three hours. Very frustrating.
