The email support to get my phone and hotspot connected was quick and friendly. Would have given 5 stars except the activation did not connect automatically. This really is a great way to connect for our travels thru Europe. I’m using 30 day unlimited data plan. Such a reasonable price:value. My wife iPhone and my iPad use the hotspot.
We have tried at least 8 dat only eSIM providers for our cellular router.Flexiroam has worked great and their customer service responses are immediate! The app also exceeds all others in showing status,data remaining and allows new plans to be added to the original eSIM without starting with new eSIM. We are using in a Peplink mobile router in US now and will use for the next year through Europe on individual country or regional plans. And you can share some plans with other devices that have a Flexiroam eSIM in them. We have been so frustrated finding a good eSIM provider for our router and finally the search is over.
E-sim would not install. Support very responsive and reset the e-sim and it promptly installed here in NZ.
Update: got it working. Coverage is kinda spotty and at times very slow here in central London, but it’s better than no service I guess. Original review: This thing is a joke. I’m in central London and it says I’m connected but it doesn’t pass data. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY
Whenever I have an issue as I travel, it has always been easy to connect with a real person who has helped me to troubleshoot. I’ve been very happy with the service.
I have been using flexiroam for at least 10 years or more never had issues with it connect everywhere I go. Support team always there to assist and help you get connected all will be done within few minutes. Thank you guys keep the good work
This is the best eSIM company, and their customer service is amazing and fast acting ones.
When it works it’s fine but I’ve had it happen to me multiple times where it just stops working all of the sudden. Sometimes for short periods of time (a few minutes to a few hours) and sometimes for long periods of time (days). They do have a responsive support team via WhatsApp but be prepared to spend a bit of time with them. I was on with them once after service stopped for two days and they helped fix the issue but it then stopped working the next day and was on with support for over five hours with no resolution. They literally suggested I “go outside”. Unfortunately I have a lot of data left on the plan, but I can’t wait for it to switch back on, especially while traveling, so will be trying to find a different solution. This has happened to me in multiple countries so, while I do understand they’re at the mercy of local networks it is still too inconsistent across my varies experiences for me to be able to recommend in good faith.
