eSky - Cheap Flights & Travel

Not quite sure how I ended up booking through a third party, can only blame myself for that. It’s made everything to do with my flights ten times more difficult, can’t check in, reservation numbers don’t appear to work so can’t load my trip to the Ryanair app, can’t check in on this app because it only loads up two months at a time. It’s cost me hours of fannying around to still be in the starting blocks. I usually avoid agencies like these for that exact reason. Hopefully I can get this resolved before the plane takes off but I wont be using esky again and once this trip is done this app will be getting deleted. Fuming here!!!

Very bad company and terrible customer service I wanted to change my flight date they sent me the link to pay for the change I paid for it I didn’t receive a confirmation yet and after four days they asked me to pay more as the ticket price gone up you should send the confirmation immediately after you received the payment

I am not one to complain but the service I have received from eSky is beyond terrible, I booked my honeymoon flights through them and after a week they could not confirm the flight details even though they took my money. After much back and forth they would not refund my the full amount and told me to book another flight through the airline directly. I’m other words they made the service they are offering completely obsolete and stole £395 from me. The customer service is so bad it’s almost non existent! Rude and incompetent! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

A week before travelling I realised that the luggage booked was insufficient. I attempted to contact eSky through the app 3 times. I had a reply the day of o/g flight asking for details, that I had already given, before they would be able to give me a cost. I replied the next day but did not hear back before the return flight. This resulted in unnecessary expense to me of upgrading at the airport. I would recommend booking directly with the airline & not using an agent.

Downloaded the app as they recommended and keeps saying an error downloading my information. My flight is at 8 in the morning and they don’t release boarding pass until 8 hours before to print. Just what you want to be doing in the middle of the night!

Only use this app to search for flights. Don’t book any flights through them. The customer service is appalling. They don’t deliver what they promise. You don’t get your boarding passes until the day before your flight, leaving it late to correct errors. It is virtually impossible to contact them. When you do eventually find their contact form - you hit send and you get a message saying it wasn’t sent- all your text disappears and you end up trying over and over again.
