Esky neglected to send me my boarding pass and I had to pay a large fee at the airport which they refused to reimburse me for. My boarding number was 7989676176

RELIABLE APP

Great doing business with eSky, so easy and trustworthy

Terrible app

Tries to show you deals based on your search history. Doesn’t keep bookings you have made or tickets on the app - which every basic company is able to achieve. I asked to add baggage, a fairly simple procedure I mistakenly assumed, and really battle to firstly find a link. Then had to wait for a day to find out whether someone would respond to my “enquiry”. If you are desperate to make money make that sort of thing easier to access. I was equally unhappy when my pass was moved to a different seat, after it was upgraded to priority instead of just adding a bag. This meant I was stuck between to people instead of being next the the other person I booked this ticket with. Please fix it it’s a joke
