They canceled my order however haven’t issued refund , communications so poor

The worst ever

I have loved the clothes an shoes for a long time an got the app hoping for more to pick from made a big order. Then the problems started got the box an it was ripped open an things was missing. Then got in contact with customer service 5 times before a reply about 2 weeks later. Sent pictures an everything they asked for an not head back from then again. Would not use the app again

Jack and Jones is the perfect app if you want a great quality but not to pricey item. They have established themselves as a respectable brand that is widely worn across all ages and gender, honestly can’t flaw them, thx 4 being so great👍

Is this a big webview?

The app was really good as a native iOS app. But now it’s just a webview, no more no less. What happened?

Terrible

Goods ordered September and have never arrived . Pushed from pillar to post trying to find out what’s going on. Never order again from here will be seeking compensation

Terrible experience

Don't order direct if you need the items reasonably quickly. I ordered on the 24th, it's now the 29th and it's still not been despatched in fact I've had zero update since the confirmation. They state 5 to 9 days for delivery which nowadays is horrendous. I've actually ordered clothes from other sites after this order which have already arrived. Update: order was never marked as dispatched, my bank returned my money. Terrible experience.

Coupon Con

10% off coupon’s a bit of a con surely? As soon as you apply coupon you have to pay for delivery! Still a saving I guess, but leaves an unpleasant aftertaste. Clothes are great.
