On line management of my account and to see payments and make payments brilliant
Good app to get info
This is the first year I’ve used the app and I have to say it’s so easy to use and I know my payments are accepted immediately
Very poor quality of service and far too much money for a poor service
I think the actual web site is very good but when I logged on to Anglia Water surprised it says it’s closed and ESW will bring doing it all. Not a problem but nice to know.
The app runs so slowly to do anything that it makes it unbearable to use . For example you want to get into the app it takes over a minute , you want to check your payments it takes over a minute . Not good enough, I’ve never known an app as slow as this one
The app immediately crashes after opening it. iOS totally up to date and no updates in the app. Tried over a few days still not working at all!
Always very sportive & helpful . Specially app is really good to use & easy to understand.
App doesn’t open after the last app update. When it does, there is nothing smart about the data which is often not available. Can’t remember the last time the daily data was available. Talking to friends locally, there has been a spate of smart installs using the excuse of either “we don’t think your meter is working” or “we think you have a leak and this will help us confirm”. No notification of the install, just a card afterwards to say it’s been done. Appalling.
