App not working
Every time I try to login into the app, it comes up with an error message. Tried logging in online too and same thing happened!
Don’t think the app is up to date
I pay via the app, which shows my balance yet I get red letters through the post saying I’m behind with payments 🤷🏼♀️

So easy to pay like we're it shows how much you can pay monthly or weekly makes life easier.
Doesn’t open
Since having had waste and supply water combined in February 2024, I haven’t been able to open the app to access my account. It crashes on opening, so it’s obviously not developed to support all ios systems. Not helpful!

Everytime i try to open the app - the loading screen will appear and then the app crashes - i have deleted and re installed numerous times but it will not work at all
