Whenever I open the SPOT app there is a chance between 33-50% that my route has been deselected and instead the first route (which I never ride) has become selected. This is really annoying because I need to double check every time just in case, and my route is most of the way down the list so I have to scroll all the way to it just to reselect it. There are other issues as well but this is my main complaint.

Generally awful. It misses so many stops and tells you wrong information

Buses consistently disappear from the map. In many cases, a bus will appear to be headed the opposite direction, as if it unrealistically appeared early, only for it to be 10 minutes after the supposed eta. This is true for all times and days of the week.

The app overall is pretty mediocre has a lot of issues like how frequent the buses update, routes not saving on restart of the app half the times and another plethora of issues.

i don't mind that the bus drivers are human and make mistakes and will be late sometimes (or often...) but the app should work please it's literally a piece of software

This app is very helpful and I’m surprised a lot of people don’t use it coming out people use this app. It helps a lot. It helps me.

It looks SO BAD so if you made this app and see my review I hope you’re embarrassed. It’s so ugly and the app my university used before was sooooo much better. It doesn’t keep my routes selected and it’s difficult to use.

This app is actually the bane of my existence. There’s so much wrong with it I can’t just make one complaint. It’s so obvious the creator of this app does not have to ride a bus cause if they did I’m sure they wouldn’t even want to use this app either. It’s amazing that it has 1.5 stars on reviews yet the creator hasn’t thought to take any of the complaints into reason. It’s almost as if they don’t want you to use the app they just want it to sit in the app store and receive an outdoor of bad reviews.

This app is utterly useless for Dutchess County Public Transportation

This review is to any college or educational institution trying to find that perfect app to track bus times to allow students to be able to safely rely on it… yeah this is NOT the app for you. Unless you’re looking for a highly inaccurate app that both misses busses completely, bugs out often, and constantly deceives users with its awful user interface; do your students a solid and look elsewhere.
