This app is a great start for Ethiopia commercial bank. It's incredibly convenient, allowing anyone to receive money within seconds. The only drawback is the lack of a contact phone number for users in the USA to resolve any issues. Keep up the good work!
I was able to send money after so much hassle and after spending hours. This app needs so much improvement. CBE needs to take user feedbacks seriously and fix issues. The app developer also need to be ashamed of the issues and need to create a better version. Below are among the issues 1) transaction fails for no reason it says error but it doesn’t mention where the error is. 2) you need to let the user save the payment method/ debit card and address and let the user use that instead of asking the user complete debit card and address information every single time. Today I sent $10K and I have to complete that hundred times as most of the transactions were declining. 3) CBE need to increase limit from 1000 per transactions so that a user can complete a transaction once instead of multiple exhausting times

Hello!! Ethiopian national bank of Ethiopia. Your application is not recognizing the phone number of United states so we couldn’t create an account but it let you transfer as a guest so in order to have an account it would be easier if you can only use the email verification method until you figure out how to add phone numbers as alternative verification methods. Thank you!!
There is no option to check thee completion of the processed transaction . Why is it? Is there anything I missed.
Is this app functional?
My full address is a house number, a street name , city, state’s and zip code. This app keeps red flagging me asking for unit number which is not part of my address. As a result I was not able to send the money on time. Total failure!!!
I use the first time and the second time it keeps rejecting multiple cards. I even use different phone and cards it doesn’t work.
This app used to work when it first came out but now it has gotten so bad! I just don’t understand how a big company like CBE can’t come up with a functioning app! CBE do better!
