Manage your booking easily! Select between one way or round trip, choose your origin and destination airport, flight date, search fares with money or miles option, select fare, provide personal detail, contact detail and select your preferred meal type, select your payment option and purchase your ticket, you can also have the option to pay with miles for Sheba Miles member, hold on reservation or pay at agent.
2. My Trips
Walk through your booking! You can see your past and upcoming trip summary, manage your trips, view itinerary and pricing detail, select your preferred seat, update your travel document information and contact detail, continue to payment for hold on reservations.

3. Check-in & Boarding
You can check-in by entering booking reference number, ticket number, or frequent flyer number, select the passengers for check-in, select seat for each of the passengers, provide, travel document information, residence address, destination address and emergency contact detail based on the rule of the country where you are flying to, you can also continue to check-in by selecting the booking you made from the trip summary that we locally save for you in your phone. We finally generate and display your boarding passes.

4. Flight Status
Select a destination of your choice and browse your flight status. You can search all Ethiopian flights by route or flight number and see the result for yesterday, today and tomorrow departure and arrival time, airport information and flight status.

Cant pay my flights, Doesn’t matter which card i try, Complains the card numbers, but they are correct..

Fail

Nice looking app - but I couldn't pay with a credit card. I was told to pay at the airport, airport told me to use the app. Missed an international flight and the connecting road trip set off without me. When the spp has one primary function - ticket purchase - and it fails - what is the point.

Registration does not work

App does not work. Im trying to retrieve my booking but have to register for shebamiles. The app confirms it will send a verification email to my email adress to finalize the registration, but I have received nothing. Trying to register via your website also does not work, no confirmation email sent. Please fix this?

Update error

I am trying to update my email address without success. It keeps showing update error. I emailed their front desk with no response.

Everything is super just hard to pay for flay

Worst app I’ve ever used

The fact that this is an app for a major airline scares the hell out of me. If the planes are maintained as well as the app is, I would be even more terrified. The UI experience is awful and counterintuitive. The performance is extremely slow and the functionality barely works and is broken in some places (can’t select seats). Fire your devs and get some new people to fix this, it’s ridiculous.

Cannot find my trip

When I try to find my trip it says that it’s added to travel wallet?? What is travel wallet?? There is no explanation so I cannot do anything to manage my trip in the app.

Ok app but but has major bugs

I was able to see mg flight and check in after several tries. But when trying to email the passing board the email was empty and wasn’t able to add to the Wallet either. Ok app sine was able to check in and find my flight but please fix the bugs!
