What a joke app. I just did a test to check if i could send xrp from etoro to etoro wallet and they took 80% of what i tried to transfer

Scam, flat out a scam
Bad UX
So easy to get money in from etoro to this app. Very difficult to withdraw from this app. Errors, hurdles etc.
A tragedy
This app allows you to buy crypto. But then holds the money for 60 days before you can do anything with it. Even after 60 days the problem still stands…. I am still unable to send btc to another adress snd the customer service is awful! Then just want to keep your money DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
Locking your money
They lock all your money from transfer for 60 days unless you use bank transfer, never use this app
Slow
The app is simple but not everythig is working as expected - no faceId login - have to click multiple times on a field to activate it - sometimes crashes - waiting long time for verification Not expecting these for an app with such a simple functionality
No auto-login
I like the app but really miss an option to login with Face ID or automatically. Nice if the app would provide some tips to where I actually can use my crypto currency.
