Worst cutomer support in history
Blocked access to my account, locked up the funds in it, their customer support reply every 2 weeks stating they’re “still looking into it”. Plenty of better exchanges out there

DO NOT INVEST WITH THIS PLATFORM
They closed my account without any further notice and i tried to contact them many times through email but no one answered. They stole my balance and they did not even send me any clarification. DO NOT INVEST WITH THIS PLATFORM
Bad experience
actually i used to like using this app but actually they made it the worst experience ever, very bad customer service no fast replies, they said account verification will take 3 business days for example but it still pending for more than 10 days. Even their is no number to contact. I DONT RECOMMEND. Such slow and bad customer service.
Very bad platform
Etoro is a very bad platform i don’t recommend using it i was investing a big amount of money on cryptocurrency and for a long term investing i got an email 3 weeks ago that my account will be closed after a short period and all my positions will be closed i was in a losing position and waiting for long term investment etoro closed my position and made me lose a big amount of money without giving me any solition even so i asked to moved my crypto to a wallet but no one replied so please don’t use this app its not safe

The worst platform ever made
eToro won't last long as their customers will definitely bail on this app if things don't change. An unscheduled maintenance break occurred which stopped people from making profit. But that's definitely not all, right now I'm trying to login and it says some error is there, and their website is out of service.. you will sure worry a lot about your money if you join this platform, do not! Unless they really do make some changes to this crap.
